Margarita K. has been working at Inter Alia since 2020. As of 2024, she took up the position of ‘People & Culture Manager’, focusing on staff development, impact measurement and managing the communities surrounding the organisation. Margarita K. lives and works in Athens, and she has been awarded a PhD from the University of the Aegean for her work ‘Urban intelligence; smart cities, cultural mediation & lost connections’. She is a graduate of Communication, Media & Culture from Panteion University and holds a Master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh (QMU). Her previous professional experience began at the National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST) and includes collaborations with the Athens International Film Festival (AIFF), the Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF), and numerous European organisations, serving as a development consultant and European project coordinator.
